Patio and Camp LLC warrants Models Proto, Torch, LOK, and Star Fire. against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three (1) year from the date of original purchase. Patio and Camp LLC will provide a replacement part for any part found to be defective. Original part(s) approved for return by PAC's Parts Department must be returned prepaid. This warranty does not include labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective parts, or freight charges to ship these parts. Patio and Camp LLC shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives the retail customer specific legal rights and the customer may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty shall be void if the unit is not assembled or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided with this unit; the unit is resold or traded to another owner; components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the unit have been used; the unit has been used in commercial or food service application; or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the unit. To process a warranty claim, Patio and Camp LLC may require proof of your date of purchase. You should retain your sales slip or invoice along with this certificate with your valuable documents. You can return your item up to 10 days from the original date of delivery/received. Item must be unused and shelf ready. We understand if the box is worn from shipping. Contents must be as arrived. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Third party items are exempt.
PAC Stove cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has parts missing or has sustained damage due to abnormal use, misuse, improper installation, whether that has been identified by PAC Stove or repair agent. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees for any returned items.
